CADRE Learning Hub
A self-paced certification for leaders and teams ready to create the conditions where people thrive, in workplaces, communities, schools, and districts.
What you'll learn
Critical Wellbeing moves beyond individual wellness to the relationships, cultures, and systems that shape how people feel and grow, wherever they work, learn, or gather. Each segment builds on the last.
What wellbeing really is, and how the environments around us shape it. Builds a shared language across personal, communal, and organizational domains.
Belonging as a leadership practice: cultivating trust, care, and environments where people are seen, valued, and supported in their full humanity.
Leading from the cultural wealth already present in a community, and understanding the difference between a climate and a culture.
Sharing power and using the right data, so that what gets measured is what matters to the people being measured.
How each lesson works
Every lesson pairs a short video with a reflection worksheet and a knowledge-check quiz. Your dashboard tracks your progress, and your certificate is ready to download once all four segments are complete.

Your guide
CADRE co-founder Dr. Roberto Rivera is the practitioner behind the Critical Wellbeing framework, developed with fellow co-founder Jennifer Leavitt-Moy. He guides participants through each segment with stories, research, and practical tools that apply in any organization, from the workplace to the classroom.
For teams and organizations
Any organization can complete the certification as a cohort, whether it's a company, a health system, a nonprofit, or a school or district. Designated leaders facilitate each segment, with direct support from CADRE.
